UTAS's PRO-ACTIVE SERVICE PROGRAM is designed to give our customers the most dependable compressed air system possible. It is proven that a properly maintained compressed air system is the best defense against costly downtime.

The services performed under the UTAS program are designed to provide you with the highest level of proactive, preventative maintenance services possible in accordance with factory recommendations combined with the experience of UTAS.

FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

UTAS will supply diesel compressor for use as a temporary plant air source while your compressor is serviced (up to 185 CFM & 125 PSI). This allows service to be performed at any time with no down time.

UTAS will call one week in advance to let you know we will be out to service your compressor.
We keep up with the schedule so you don't have to.
On new ATLAS COPCO GA series air Compressors UTAS’s proactive service program qualifies your compressor for ATLAS COPCO's limited 5 year air end warranty.
During the visit UTAS technician will check the entire immediate compressed air system connected to the covered compressor for additional problems and advise you of any pending problems discovered.

48 point pm check list is provided.
Projected annual maintenance costs are provided for budget purposes.
All items including parts required, labor, mileage, supplies, waste oil disposal are included.
Four annual visits for 1 shift operations, four annual visits for 2 shifts and six annual visits for 3 shift operations. (Can be adjusted for your needs)
